About Us

Peter and Michelle Martland have lived and worked on Tahoe's West and North Shores since 1991. We know the area and what it takes to provide you with quality work at a reasonable price. We will work hard to ensure your repeat business.

Martland Construction began in April of 2006. We are bonded and insured as required by the State of California Contractors State License Board. We use only quality, licensed sub-contractors that are familar with our area's special needs.
